LOCATION: The Malone Ranch is located in Crockett and Val Verde Counties. The entrance to the easement road is located approximately 45 miles southwest of Ozona, Texas on FM 2083/Pandale Road. The property is then accessed via a 10 mile caliche easement road.
TERRAIN: The terrain consists of rolling to steep canyons with flat plateau land on the divide. The canyons on the property have large limestone outcroppings creating spectacular cliffs and bluffs. The views from the canyon tops allow one to see for miles. Jolly Canyon runs along the eastern boundary of the property and Tiene Salido Canyon traverses along the western boundary. There is a mixture of juniper, shin oak and mesquite trees on the ranch with all grasses being native to the area.
